About The Role Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), the Vice President of Marketing is responsible for leading the integrated marketing function to drive profitable growth, brand equity, and commercial success across digital, retail, and omnichannel environments. This role requires a seasoned, T-shaped marketing leader with deep expertise in brand strategy, storytelling, architecture, and messaging, along with the ability to activate marketing fundamentals in a digital-first world.
The Human Resources Manager manages and administers a range of HR programs and services covering health & safety, employment/employee relations, recruitment, training and development and compensation and benefits. The position requires in-depth knowledge and understanding of the collective agreement, Company policies and employment laws.
