The Role
We are looking for a Content & Campaign Marketing Manager to join our team - someone who is content-obsessed, passionate about brand storytelling, and skilled at leading creative across all marketing touchpoints including paid ads, email, web, social, and more. You will own the full content strategy, develop and execute campaign plans, write strategic briefs, and lead creative brainstorms to deliver high-impact, performance-driven work. You’ll also manage and mentor our Digital Content Coordinator, guiding them to deliver strong creative output.
In this role, you will report to Marketing Leadership, working closely with brand, creative, and growth teams to deliver high-impact content. We’re looking for a creative and resourceful marketer with strong experience in copywriting, content planning, and performance analysis. Responsibilities:
Content Strategy – Own the content strategy in partnership with the Senior Brand Manager, ensuring all storytelling reflects our brand voice and marketing objectives.
Campaign Planning – Develop and execute integrated content campaigns that connect with our audience across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Creative Ideation – Lead brainstorms and creative concepting sessions, bringing fresh, high-impact ideas to the table that differentiate our brand in the market.
Briefs and Copywriting – Create strategic creative briefs and provide copywriting for campaigns, paid ads, emails, packaging, blogs and video scripts—ensuring a consistent voice and compelling messaging.
Storyboard & Shoot Planning – Own storyboarding for video content, and collaborate with the Senior Art Director to build and support shot lists and creative outlines for photo and video shoots. Provide pre-production and on-set support to ensure all assets meet omni-channel needs.
Content Calendar – Manage a content calendar that brings our campaigns to life across social, email, web, and other channels—ensuring timely, high-quality execution.
Management – Manage and mentor the Digital Content Coordinator, streamlining processes and enhancing creative output.
Cross-Functionally Collaboration – Work closely with creative, growth marketing, content creators, and customer experience teams to align on goals and deliverables.
Performance Tracking & Optimization – Partner with growth marketing to review content performance and continuously optimize for KPIs including engagement, reach, and conversion.
You Have
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, or creative strategy, with proven experience leading content planning and campaign execution.
Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills across multiple formats and channels.
A strong creative vision paired with strategic thinking—able to see both the big picture and the executional details.
Experience developing creative briefs, storyboards, and content outlines for campaigns, photo shoots, and video shoots.
Proven ability to lead brainstorms, inspire teams, and generate innovative ideas that perform.
Strong understanding of brand voice, identity, and how to build brand equity through content.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders at once.
Collaborative and communicative, with experience working cross-functionally to bring campaigns to life.
Experience managing and developing direct reports.
Experience analyzing performance marketing KPIs (e.g., CTR, ROAS, engagement rate) and using insights to optimize creative.
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or pet industries is a plus.
