HURRAW and Canisource are now part of the same family and we're growing ! That's why we’re on the lookout for a motivated, people-driven Sales Representative to take the lead in Eastern Ontario. This is a dynamic field role where your energy, creativity, and relationship-building skills will help bring our brand to life across retail locations.
You’ll hit the road four days a week to connect directly with retailers—sharing the HURRAW & Canisource stories, conducting in-store trainings, and ensuring our products are well-positioned on shelves. The fifth day? You’ll be home-based, following up on visits, scheduling appointments, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. From trade shows to in-store demos, you'll be at the heart of our brand’s presence in the market.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
Must have experience in the pet industry
To promote and develop HURRAW and Canisource in Eastern Ontario
Support the Ontario distributor and their sales representatives
Submit weekly reports on retailer visits
Participate in the selected industry trade shows, such as the Pets Canada show in Ontario and Eastern Canada
Participate in selected consumers shows in Ontario
Potential to participate in international trade shows
Participate in instore demos
Develop a network of ambassadors for instore demos and consumer shows
Work with retailers:
Train the retailer employees on Hurraw and Canisource
Ensure proper positioning of Hurraw & Canisource on the shelves
Ensure proper inventory turnover
Listen to the retailers, see what can be done to help them, and collect at the same time information on the market and on the competition
Immediately after leaving the retailer, document all interactions that took place during the visit
Work schedule:
A sales representative typically spends four days a week out in the field, connecting with retailers and building strong relationships face-to-face. One day is dedicated to working from home—organizing appointments for the upcoming week, completing follow-ups, and writing reports to ensure everything runs smoothly. On average, a rep visits about five retailers per day, keeping the pace lively and the connections meaningful.
