Role Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager with strong experience in private label pet food manufacturing and import/export operations. This role is critical to ensuring materials and finished goods move efficiently across domestic and international markets while meeting the unique requirements of private label customers. The Supply Chain Manager will lead procurement, logistics, and customer supply chain coordination to support on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with pet food safety and trade regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.

• 5+ years of supply chain/procurement management experience in pet food manufacturing.

• Proven experience managing private label customer programs in a manufacturing setting.

• Strong knowledge of import/export operations (customs, CFIA, FDA, Incoterms, freight forwarding).

• ERP and inventory management expertise.

• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.

• Strong understanding of pet food safety and regulatory requirements.
