The Western Territory Sales Manager is responsible for growing market share while promoting our brands, Iron Will Raw, Back 2 Raw and K9 Choice. This role builds strong relationships with retail and distributor partners, strengthens customer satisfaction, and fosters brand loyalty through attentive account management, product education, and service-oriented sales aligned with our company values.
Role:
Become an expert in our products, provide recommendations to customers and educate retailers on our brands
Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributor and retailer accounts across Western Canada
Act as point of contact and provide customer service to retailers & individual customers
Enhance our brands’ reputation by successfully resolving customer questions & requests promptly
Assist retailers in merchandising, purchasing & replenishing
Represent our brands in trade shows & retailers’ events
Be the internal source for valuable customer feedback; Proactively identify market shifts, industry trends, & competition status; continuously share this feedback internally
What we’re looking for:
3 years experience in CPG or pet industry
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing customer accounts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Goal-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing target
Willingness to travel regularly: this is a field-based role in BC or Alberta, with 4-5 days per week on the road, including occasional overnight and weekend trips
